Requirements:
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Work Experience: Extensive experience in customer service, with a preference for those with team management experience.
· Customer Service Skills: Deep understanding of customer service best practices, capable of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
· Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
· Multi-tasking: Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Experience: 1+ years of relevant UI design experience with a successful project portfolio.
· Design Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
· User Experience: Basic understanding of UX design principles, capable of conducting user research and usability testing.
· Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to clearly express design concepts and solutions.
· Innovative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of proposing unique design solutions.
